Week of Nov 14th

Monday we worked on combining like terms and distributing.

Tuesday we worked on Solving euqations where we have to combine like terms and distribute. HW: page 21 Row B

Wednesday: We will do more practice with solve multi-step equations. Notes: Download Steps for Solving Multi-step equation notes

Thursday: Solving equations with variables on both sides. HW page 22

Friday: Comp Chall #8, more practice with solving equations.

Unit 3 Test 1 will be Dec 2nd.

October 13th

Yesterday, prerequisite skills needed for simplying radicals were introduced. (Divisibility rules, factor trees, and perfect sqaures)

Tuesday Oct 4th

In class today, we went over the answers to the odds on the study guide. Then in class, the students worked on the evens. I checked their answers before they left. Here are the correct answers to the evens: Download Study Guide Unit 2 Part 1 Evens

Monday Oct 3rd

Last Friday was supposed to be the Unit 1 Part 1 Test. I postponed in until Tuesday Oct 4th, but then found out that there is already a Science and SS test. Therefore the Test will be Wednesday, Oct. 5th.
