AC Science
- Pass back and review Science Seekers: Safe Water
- Formative assessment using IRespond
- Read aloud Chap 11, Sect 1 (The Water Cycle) - this is in the old textbook
- Receive totem poles for Survivor
HF: Decorate your totem pole if you'd like (remember only one group member rec'd it) with an island type theme. Also, if anyone has tiki, island things that they would care to donate to decorate our room, that would be most welcome. I'm trying to come up with creative immunity necklaces, so if you have any ideas or supplies....please share.

- Finish phone call to Congress for Canada

- Begin "Water Wise" Stations

Thursday 1/12
AC Science
- Survivor Science (One reward challenge and one immunity challenge next week! Is your tribe ready?)
- Continue "Water Wise" - explained how students will be graded - this will count as 2 CLASSWORK grades. One LAB grade will also be generated from these series of stations
HF: Tribe totem pole is due tomorrow. Friday 1/20 is the first Immunity Challenge (Quiz on "Water Wise" and Chap 11, Sect 1 (old textbook) and Chap 11, Sect 4 (new textbook))
Social Studies
- Check homework
- Introduce history of Canada
- French/Indian War and label maps
HW: finish the 10 questions if you did not finish them in class....they are a classwork grade
