In your Grammar Workbook, complete page 1 and page 11.  Please place a verical line separating the complete subject and the complete predicate plus the underlining directions on page 1. You should be use to placing this Vertical line since we do this with our Super Sentences.

Be sure you are reading your AR book.  If you have not taken an AR test for this 3rd 9 Weeks, you must do so ASAP.

Read your AR book and record in your AR Log.  If you have not taken an AR test for this 3rd 9 Weeks, please do so ASAP.

If you need to review or catch up on the reading of The Little Prince you may do so online this weekend.  I plan to begin with Chapter 16 on Monday.

Be sure to bring your Grammar Workbook to class on Monday.  We will continue our Verb Unit using several pages in this Workbook.

Be sure to bring both a pencil and blue/black pen to your Green class tomorrow for the Writing Test.  Be sure to review the notes we took in class today to be ready for this Persuasive Writing tomorrow.

Tonight, in Reader's Journey , on page 236, read about mood as an important literary element in what we read and write.

Practice recognizing the correct mood in our writing by reading the passage on page 237 and answering questions 1-4 on this page.
